Refund Policy - COVID-19 

With the travel industry thriving to cope up with the worldwide effect of covid19 pandemic all our network partners and industry associations are working to sustain the businesses. 

Refunds are processed with virtual credits or re-scheduling credits for flights,bus and hotels with restricted operational method. However, refund of booking amount will not refunded with 100% for any natural disasters,accidents or covid19 restrictions depending on states,country health department guidlines.

Holidays are being operated in standard safety measures any changes in services of respective hotels,transport system are based on respective operators.tripo™ doesn't gurantee full refund or full amount credits unless mentioned. We are working to inform and serve customers for better experience during these tough times.

Flights,bus,hotels rescheduling credits shall be availed by respective oeprators only by stating the PNR. tripo™ doesn't provide rescheduling credits untll informed further.

Holiday refunds are subject to approval for refund and doesn't gurantee full refund or partial refund untill notice.

If the standard time-frame as mentioned above has passed and you have still not received the refund, please contact your credit or debit card issuer or your bank for more information.

Note:

If the original payment method you used to make the payment (credit/ debit card) is no longer valid, we'll issue the refund through NEFT.

When we receive a payment failure notice from your bank, we will send you an e-mail asking you to call us. When you call us back, we will collect your name and the address where you want the demand draft to be sent, and proceed with the refund.

COD Refund to Bank Account via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)

Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your Tripo account should match with the name of the bank account holder.

NEFT refunds will typically be processed in five business day from our end and will be credited to your account in ten business days.
